After that, the total amount of registered capital reached 15 million yuan, including 14.505 million yuan from Meng Xianming, who is the natural person of the investment subject, accounting for 96.7% of the company shares, and 0.495 million yuan from Dachang County State-owned Assets Administration Bureau, accounting for 3.3% of the company shares. Till the end of 2001, the total value of assets of Dachang Rainbow Disk Co., Ltd. amounted to 88.92 million yuan, including 24.34 million yuan of current assets, 58.35 million yuan of fixed assets, and 6.22 million yuan of intangible assets.

The production base of Rainbow Disk Co., Ltd. is located in Tongzhou Industry Park of Beijing, less than 25 km from downtown Beijing to the west, and neighboring with 102 State Highway and Jingqin Electrical Railway to the north, so it has great geographic location and convenient transportation conditions. The base is also adjoining Sanhe Power Station, a state-level power station. With plentiful and stable power supply, the base has inborn location advantages and beneficial development conditions.
